Travel Stipend:

The first 100 NAIFA members who register to attend the NAIFA Congressional Conference (May 18-19, 2026) and meet the eligibility requirements will receive a $500 travel stipend. Eligible NAIFA members who register after the first 100 will be placed on a waiting list, and registrants will be rolled into the first 100 eligible for reimbursements in the order they were received as cancellations occur.

Travel Stipend Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the $500 stipend, you must:

  1. Be a current NAIFA member as of May 19, 2026;
  2. Be a first-time attendee of the Congressional Conference;
  3. Have paid registration fee;
  4. Stay at the official Conference hotel; and
  5. Submit a debriefing form, which summarizes each meeting you attended with a member of Congress

Day on the Hill Visits:

As an attendee of Congressional Conference, Hill meetings are being confirmed on your behalf and you are expected to attend them. Please do not schedule appointments with legislators. Please make travel arrangements accordingly and be available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 19. If for some reason you are unable to participate or attend the Hill Meetings, please send an email to HillAppointments@naifa.org and alert a NAIFA staff member on site.

Hotel Rooms:

Be sure to book your guestroom at the official Conference hotel as soon as possible, rooms are limited. The conference rate is available Sunday, May 17 and Monday, May 18. Hotel reservation cutoff date is Thursday, April 16, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be made by emailing NAIFA Member Support (info@naifa.org) or calling 877-866-2432. There will be a $100 fee for cancellation through Friday, April 17th. Cancellations made after April 17th will not receive a refund.

NAIFA will only issue refunds for conference registration as indicated in the Cancellation Policy. NAIFA assumes no responsibility for expenses or fees incurred for cancelled airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or other travel related expenses.

Please click here to read NAIFA's Acknowledgement of Personal Responsibility for Meeting Attendance. Please review and accept this agreement prior to registering for the event.

By registering for the Congressional Conference, I acknowledge and agree that I am hereby granting NAIFA permission and license to use my name, image, and likeness in photographs, pictures, and video taken at the event for NAIFA publications, websites, social media, and other materials, without payment, royalty, acknowledgment, or other consideration, as NAIFA sees fit in its sole and absolute discretion.
