What if I change my mind?

  • Cancellations can be made by emailing NAIFA Member Support (info@naifa.org) or calling 877-866-2432
  • There will be a $100 fee for cancellations made through Friday, April 17th.
  • Cancellations made after April 17th will not receive a refund.
  • NAIFA will only issue refunds for conference registration as indicated in the Cancellation Policy. NAIFA assumes no responsibility for expenses or fees incurred for cancelled airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or other travel-related expenses.

How do I contribute to the PAC?

  • Scan the QR code on the back of your badge to donate to the PAC.

Where can I store luggage?

  • Arrival: Can be stored at the hotel bell stand prior to check-in.
  • Departure: Can be stored at the hotel bell stand OR, for Tuesday, May 19th, you may bring it with you to Hospitality Hall to store during Hill appointments.
  • Tip: Save time by stopping by the registration desk for luggage tags to tag your bags before going to Hospitality Hall.

Who will I meet with on Capitol Hill?

We will schedule meetings with Members of Congress and staff from your state’s Congressional delegation. You will join other attendees from your state for these meetings.

  • Note: Please ensure your home address is current in your member profile, as this is required to schedule meetings with your elected officials.

How do I prepare for my Capitol Hill meetings?

We will host a “Know Before You Go” Webinar that will cover everything, including talking points, dress code, and how to navigate Capitol Hill. This webinar will be recorded and shared with registrants. We will reach out once more information becomes available.

When will the Capitol Hill meetings be confirmed?

  • Appointments will be added to the App as soon as the Congressional Offices confirm times (often just a day or two prior to the meeting).
  • The Congressional Appointments Desk will be available Monday and Tuesday morning to assist with questions regarding Capitol Hill appointments.

How do I qualify for the $500 stipend?

To qualify, you must:

  • Be an active NAIFA member as of May 18, 2026;
  • Be a first-time attendee to the Congressional Conference;
  • Have paid your Congressional Conference registration fee;
  • Stay at the official conference hotel; and
  • Submit a debriefing form summarizing each meeting you attended with a member of Congress.

When and how will I receive the $500 stipend?

  • After the event, qualified attendees will be provided a link to a form to request the stipend. Checks are processed weekly and sent to the address you provide on the request form.
